Welcome to AJ Marbella Taxis. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and taxi transfer services from Málaga Airport. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. You must provide accurate details, including flight information, passenger count, and destination.

1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the selected payment method. Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include taxes unless otherwise stated.

1.3. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

2.2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a €50 fee or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

2.3. No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded.

3. Service Details

3.1. Our services include private taxi transfers from Málaga Airport to your destination. Prices are per vehicle, not per person.

3.2. Waiting time is included up to 60 minutes after flight arrival. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges of €25 per hour.

3.3. We strive to provide punctual service but are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).

4. Passenger Responsibilities

4.1. You must provide accurate flight and contact details to ensure timely pickup.

4.2. Passengers are responsible for their luggage. AJ Marbella Taxis is not liable for lost or damaged items.

4.3. Smoking, eating, or drinking (except water) is prohibited in our vehicles.

5. Liability

5.1. AJ Marbella Taxis is not responsible for delays, missed flights, or other losses caused by factors beyond our control.

5.2. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked transfer.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
